Ohio Gaming Law defines qualified charities as:
Charitable organizations means any tax-exempt religious, education, sporting, service, non-profit medical, volunteer rescue service, volunteer firefighter's, senior citizen's, historic railroad education, youth athletic, amateur athletic, or youth athletic park organization. For further clarification, please consult Ohio Revised Code - Chapter 2915 - Gambling.
In general, only three-day Festivals will be available for new applicants. Qualified charities interested in hosting a 3-day Festival in 2012 should download and fill out the 2012 Application below.
