In Memoriam – Keith Kobold
Keith Kobold

It is with a sense of profound loss and tragedy that the passing of Keith Kobold, Charity Advisor of the Nautica Charity Poker Festivals, is announced. Keith died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 15th, while at his Cleveland apartment. He was 40 years old.

Kobold, a fixture at the Nautica Charity Poker Festivals, has served as advisor to the charitable poker events since their inception in 2005. Prior to coming to Cleveland, Keith worked in the gaming industry in Black Hawk, Colorado, near Denver where his family resides.

Pat McKinley, Executive Vice President for Jacobs Investments, which owns the Nautica Entertainment Complex, noted Keith was “instrumental” in helping raise $9.5 million for charities with the Nautica Charity Poker Festivals. “With his tremendous work ethic and conscientious personality, Keith was a constant and trusted presence at the charity poker festivals,” McKinley added.

Our sincere condolences go out to Keith’s family and friends. Keith will be deeply missed by all.
